PDCI Market Access has further expanded its HTA Team!

Chris joins PDCI as a Senior Health Economist. Chris holds a MSc. in Health Services Research from the University of Toronto, and has spent time as a health economic researcher at St. Mike’s hospital and UHN, and most recently held the role of Health Economics Manager at PIVINA Consulting.

Chris adds to the depth of the expertise of the PDCI Health Economics team, with experience in cost-utility model development and programming, PE and BIA model builds and adaptations in a variety of disease areas (including cell and gene therapy), work with a variety of model types, and HTA submissions to payers. Chris can be reached at chris.boodoo@pdci.ca.

Hussein joins PDCI as an Analyst on the HTA and Clinical Evaluation Team. His role will include desk research and to assist in the preparation of clinical components of market access assessments and reimbursement submissions.

Hussein holds a MSc. in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University and a BSc from the University of Toronto. Hussein brings expertise in methodological research and design. He has experience in designing and conducting systematic reviews, as well as managing large datasets. Hussein has been an author on several published articles and worked as a reviewer for the BMC Pilot and Feasibility Studies Journal. Hussein can be reached at hussein.elkhechen@pdci.ca.
