PDCI is congratulating its Managing Director, Kaitlyn Proulx, as she begins parental leave effective November 28, 2022.
Since joining PDCI in 2010, Kaitlyn has demonstrated incredible strategic insights advising clients on optimizing pricing and market access in Canada. Since becoming Managing Director in 2017, Kaitlyn has expertly led the organization’s success and growth, and its integration with McKesson Canada. She has supported PDCI’s ability to expertly advise clients in PDCI’s full suite of market access service offerings. Kaitlyn plans to return towards the end of 2023.
Over the coming year, PDCI team members will take on new responsibilities to maintain PDCI’s commitment to high quality and strategic excellence.
Donna Lawrence will serve as Acting Managing Director, to lead and manage the PDCI business for the duration of Kaitlyn’s leave.
“Donna has been a valued member of the PDCI team for nine years and in her role as Director of HTA since 2017. In her tenure, Donna has demonstrated strong knowledge and a passion for the business, industry and team, and has led the successful expansion of our Health Economics capabilities and services,” said Kaitlyn. “Now, she will bring her knowledge and expertise to lead PDCI through ongoing success in 2023.”
Jennifer Haig has been appointed Acting Director, HTA and Health Economics and Sheena Gosain has been appointed Acting Associate Director, HTA and Health Economics. They will ensure the HE pillar’s continued unwavering commitment to strategy and quality.
