PDCI Welcomes Véronique Scott & Ishan Kumar to the Team

Ishan Kumar joins PDCI as Manager, Data Innovation and Insights. As a member of PDCI’s data insights team, Ishan’s role includes designing and developing business intelligence and analytical solutions for internal and external business partners. With more than seven years of experience in varied industries, Ishan brings expertise in leading cross-functional IT/Analytical projects, data governance solutions, technology-driven initiatives and acceleration of decision-making processes.

Ishan previously worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst with a patient support provider in the Canadian specialty biopharmaceutical industry. In that role, he was responsible for the design, implementation and management of reporting and analytical solutions for major pharmaceutical manufacturers. He also oversaw the development of optimization strategies to increase the efficiency of manual processes, and supported analytical requests from internal business stakeholders. 

Ishan holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Brock University and a BTech in Computer Science from Amity University in India. Ishan can be reached at Ishan.Kumar@pdci.ca.

Véronique Scott joins PDCI as Manager, Policy Insights. As a member of the Strategic Consulting and Policy Research Team, she contributes research and analysis to strategic policy projects relevant to life sciences and healthcare sectors, and supports the team’s development and implementation of public and private market access strategies. Véronique provides insights into private and public payer markets, drug review processes and reimbursement trends affecting market access.

Véronique joins PDCI from McKesson Canada’s Retail Banner Group division where she successfully implemented a communication department for the Quebec pharmacy banners. Previously Veronique worked in Market Access positions with both Teva Canada Innovation and Sandoz Canada where she contributed to the development and implementation of public and private market access strategies that successfully optimized pricing and reimbursement.
