At PDCI, Ara leads a dynamic team of dedicated strategic project managers who are experts in Canadian Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and public/private payer reimbursement policies and requirements. Ara and her team cultivate strong relationships with drug plan managers, ensuring access to the latest HTA and payer insights and policies crucial for effective market access strategy development and execution. Ara’s commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment and advancing project methodologies reflect her dedication to delivering excellence in project management and client relationships.

Prior to joining PDCI, Ara held roles at Environment Canada, the Government of Canada’s (former) Department of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, and the City of Nepean.
