PDCI Market Access has further expanded its Market Access Team!

Jessica joins PDCI as Manager, Market Access.  She will be responsible for coordinating our pricing and market access projects including HTA and payer submissions.

Jessica brings with her 8 years at Canadian Agency For Drugs And Technologies In Health (CADTH) where she held the role of Formulary Review Submissions Coordinator and more recently, as Submissions Lead where she was responsible for the leadership and development of the Submission Coordinator team and the delivery of coordinator services for all Common Drug Review (CDR) submissions and projects. Jessica was a key contributor in the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in support of the CDR program. Jessica also brings experience from her previous role as Team Lead, Exam Operations at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Jessica can be reached at Jessica.Birrell@pdci.ca.

Rachel joins PDCI as Analyst, Market Access/Analyste, Accès au marché. Her addition to the Project Management team will include coordinating and managing projects to ensure the successful delivery of PDCI services.

Rachel has recently completed her Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a concentration in pharmacoeconomics and market access, from the Université de Montréal. She has recently completed an internship at Lundbeck Canada during which Rachel was exposed to and involved in the development of payer submissions, review of CADTH and INESSS recommendations, payer meetings, pCPA and PLA negotiations, and impact analyses of PMPRB reforms.
