Jean-François is responsible for the overall management of PDCI’s projects and contracts activities, ensuring all projects are executed successfully while adhering to PDCI’s Corporate Values. He is also integrally involved in the development and promotion of PDCI’s Data Services such as the Canadian Drug Claims Database and the International Pricing Database.

Prior to his role as Contracts Manager, Jean-François was responsible for the management of PDCI’s information systems and website, and the development of new information services for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. He was also involved in international pricing analysis projects to ensure clients are compliant with PMPRB guidelines.

Jean-François graduated from the University of Ottawa with Honours and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double specialization in Management Information Systems and Marketing.

Before joining PDCI in 2001, Jean-François worked at the Defence Research Establishment Ottawa (DREO), the
Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and Canada Post Corporation.
